T15

Thanks to chef Igles Corelli, we developed an original proposition for a format that only required the use of a finishing kitchen. The goal was to design a unique menu for the top floor (T15) of the T Hotel in Cagliari. It was a success. As usual, I took the opportunity to take pictures of all the new dishes.
