MERCERIE

Mercerie was a new and unique casual restaurant format that opened in 2017 in Rome but unfortunately closed during the pandemic and never reopened.

I enjoyed supporting chef Igles Corelli in designing the new menu.

I had the opportunity to style and photograph all the new dishes and cocktails. I like a lot the dark mood of the final result.
