BEER&COOK HEINEKEN

Beer&Cook is a cookbook tailored to inspire pub landlords and kitchen staff to improve the food offer of their establishment with simple preparation through creativity. A big thanks to Federico Maria Liperini, former Beer Culture Manager at Heineken, for the idea of the book and for letting chef Igles Corelli and I create freely simple but original new recipes for this food service sector.
